SecureVideo has just announced a new telehealth feature designed to make your telehealth scheduling process much smoother and faster. The new “Join This Session” button is rolling out soon, offering users with the scheduler role a simpler way to assist in virtual visit intakes.
By clicking this button directly on the provider’s dashboard, schedulers will instantly join the session in just one step. Now, users no longer need to manually add themselves as participants or switch dashboards to join the call. With this comparatively more efficient process, schedulers can complete check-ins for virtual visits, or assist the participant prior to the host/provider joining.
