SecureVideo Updates & Accomplishments in 2024
This year, the SecureVideo team hit several milestones, cementing our commitment to improving telehealth for both providers and patients. Here are a few highlights of SecureVideo’s updates and accomplishments:
Earning the HITRUST Certification
The SecureVideo platform achieved HITRUST Risk-based, 2-year (r2) Certification, which was a significant milestone. This certification underscores our unyielding dedication to security and compliance in the telehealth space.
Deploying Six New Product Releases
We developed and deployed six major product updates with a strong focus on user experience, efficiency, and security. The highlights include:
- Security Improvements: Customers may now enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for their session participants when joining their session, providing an additional layer of security and peace of mind.
- Scheduling Enhancements: We’ve upgraded our scheduling capabilities to improve workflows, especially when using Contact Groups. Users can now assign services and payment requirements for all group participants at once.
- Image Capture for E-Documents: Providers and participants can now capture and upload images to E-Documents, making it easier to document and share critical information.
- Other E-Document Enhancements: Users can now search completed E-Documents by assignee, and take advantage of improved API capabilities for smoother integrations. Further, participants can now easily download their completed E-Documents through our Virtual Waiting Room interface, improving ease of access.
Hosting Webinars for SecureVideo Customers
We held four informative webinars that catered to both current and potential customers. These sessions provided actionable insights and training on how to maximize the telehealth experience. The topics included:

- “Supplementing Your EHR’s Telehealth”
- “Hidden Gems: Highlighting Features”

Virtual and In-Person Events We Attended
Connecting with professionals, sharing our expertise, and learning is crucial to fostering innovation in telehealth. Here are some of the events we attended this year:
- Becker’s Behavioral Health Virtual Event: This event was a powerful opportunity to engage with behavioral health professionals and discuss how SecureVideo helps meet their unique challenges.
- 2024 Texas State of Reform Health Policy Conference: Here, we participated in discussions on how policy and technology intersect to improve healthcare delivery.
- 2024 Magic of Life Gala: This event was attended in support of LifeBridge Health’s mission to increase the quality of the healthcare experience they are able to offer their patients.
- NCTRC Webinar: Advocacy was a priority for SecureVideo this year. So, our team joined the NCTRC webinar to highlight equitable telehealth access for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf-Blind patients.
Additionally, our team connected in person at our headquarters in San Antonio for a 3-day Sales Summit in May, to refine our strategy to reach new customers and partners.
