SecureVideo remains at the forefront of telehealth advancements, consistently delivering platform enhancements to improve virtual care delivery for healthcare professionals and telehealth users alike. Our latest update introduces features designed to streamline key workflows for providers. Let’s explore these exciting additions.
Enhancements to Contact Groups
While the Contact Groups feature is already a part of SecureVideo, this update introduces the ability to assign E-Documents, Services, and Payment Requirements to multiple participants simultaneously.
This enhancement simplifies the process of preparing for larger group sessions, allowing hosts to specify details and requirements to all participants at once.
New E-Document Image Capture
SecureVideo’s E-Documents feature now includes an Image Capture option, aimed at streamlining the exchange of information between patients and providers. Patients will now be able to submit an image of their photo ID, insurance card, or even photos of a medical issue through a secure process.
When setting up an E-Document template, users may now select a new drag and drop field for image attachments. This may be used to instruct the participant to upload an image of their driver’s license, for example.
While completing their paperwork, participants can choose an image file from their device to submit, with options to change or remove the file as needed.
Uploaded images are embedded into the completed E-Document and safely stored. They are also available for download in full resolution, ensuring clarity and detail if they are then saved in the EHR.
Advanced Reporting Enhancements
Data management and analysis are crucial in telehealth, and SecureVideo’s latest release introduces reporting enhancements that make it easier for healthcare providers to manage and review telehealth data. In turn, they can ensure smoother, more efficient workflows.
Downloading a batch of E-Documents will now generate a special excel sheet in addition to your requested PDFs. This excel sheet gathers a collection of your individual document’s responses and is shown in an overview manner as seen in the below example.
