SecureVideo has recently announced the launch of a convenient new update to the robust telehealth platform. Designed to enhance the user experience for healthcare professionals and patients alike, this new feature allows for images to be captured as part of the E-Document submission process.
The E-Document feature has long allowed healthcare practices to create customized electronic forms, and collect any needed information from telehealth session participants as part of the session workflow. The addition of a new field for a file upload allows participants to upload images to E-Documents easily. Whether it’s a driver’s license, an insurance card, or even a close-up photo of a medical issue, the new capability makes the process seamless. Once uploaded, these images are clearly displayed on the completed E-Document, and stored securely in the SecureVideo account.
“SecureVideo is continually enhancing our platform to meet the evolving needs of our users,” states Kate Brandis, VP of Operations at SecureVideo. “We’ve heard from many customers that the ability to collect images during the intake process for telehealth visits is a challenge. This latest feature is designed to address that need and help simplify their process.”
